Home LTE is a Postpaid and Hybrid broadband internet solution available to new and existing Cell C customers. Home LTE is fixed to one address and offers you a variety of data packages and a range of Top-up bundles to ensure you stay connected. Home LTE is capped and gives you best-effort speeds on Cell C's LTE network.
No, Home LTE runs on the LTE network instead of the fibre network. This means you have more chance of getting connectivity in areas where you might not be able to get fibre coverage

You can check your balance in the following ways:
- Download the Cell C App on your Android or iPhone smartphone, or
- Register for Self Service online at www.cellc.co.za
Yes. The inclusive anytime data can be transferred to a Cell C number on Home LTE. The terms and conditions and rules of use of the transfer service will apply.

Your Home LTE service may be relocated, giving you flexibility when moving homes. You are allowed to relocate your Home LTE service twice (2) a year. Give us a call on 084 145 to request a relocation of your Home LTE service.
You can log into your account on the Cell C App or Portal to view account information, usage and billing details, and purchase top-up bundles
If your Home LTE service is suspended, please call us on 084 145 to update your address and resume your Home LTE service.
Our in-store agents can assist you in activating your Home LTE service and setting up your self-service profile. If your router and SIM are delivered to you, please call us on 084 145 to activate your service, and then insert your SIM into the router to get connected.
